    What is shared in community spaces (including group calls, chats, and private forums) should be treated as confidential, unless explicit permission is given to share it.

    My Kindred Souls and its instructors offer guidance, tools, and teachings to support your personal or professional growth. Your results depend on your commitment and actions. We do not guarantee any specific outcomes.
  • Use of Content
    All course, program, and event materials are the intellectual property of My Kindred Souls and its instructors. Reproduction, redistribution, or sharing of content without written permission is prohibited.
  • No Guarantees
    Our offerings are for educational and self-development purposes only. They do not constitute therapy, medical advice, or business guarantees.

3. Privacy & POPIA Compliance

We are committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

  • By registering for any challenge, course, or program, you consent to My Kindred Souls collecting and using your information for communication and content delivery related to your purchase.
